Laurie Nouchka (“Laurie Nouchka LTD” “we” “us”) website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions, and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “TOS”). Please read the TOS carefully before placing any orders on www.laurienouchka.com. We recommend you should keep a copy of the TOS for future reference.

TERMS OF SALE; RISK OF LOSS; THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from Laurie Nouchka LTD acknowledging that We have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to Us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Us, and We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between you and Us ("Contract") will only be formed when We send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch We have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products, which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
Prior to Laurie Nouchka LTD’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. The Reformation reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from The Reformation, for any reason whatsoever. Laurie Nouchka Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Laurie Nouchka Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Laurie Nouchka Ltd shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
All features, specifications, products, prices of products and services, discounts, promotions and offers described on our Services are subject to change at any time, and we reserve the right to make changes to them without notice to you. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or refuse service to any customer. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Web site; however, the actual color you will see will depend on many factors, including your computer, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display our colors. Products are available while supplies last. All prices and products advertised are subject to change. All prices displayed on the Services are quoted in U.K sterling.

Laurie Nouchka Ltd reserves the right to restrict delivery to addresses within or outside of the United Kingdom Shipping and handling fees and applicable sales/use tax will be added by Laurie Nouchka Ltd as necessary.
The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
PERSONAL INFORMATION & ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to provide personal information. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. We may also change registration requirements from time to time. Laurie Nouchka LTD reserves the right to dismiss an account if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Laurie Nouchka LTD terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Laurie Nouchka LTD, whose applications are acceptable to Laurie Nouchka LTD and who have authorised Laurie Nouchka LTD to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. In addition, Laurie Nouchka LTD reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where Laurie Nouchka LTD feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Laurie Nouchka LTD offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase which will be made very clear at the point of sale. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once the stock is available. Laurie Nouchka LTD will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Laurie Nouchka LTD.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable. Laurie Nouchka LTD will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of any sales taxes applicable unless you are buying from outside of the EU. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.
The Site may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
Customers purchasing from a country served outside the EU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly upon receipt of the goods. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros , the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Laurie Nouchka LTD will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in London, England and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta cards, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Laurie Nouchka LTD. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Laurie Nouchka, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Discount codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
Laurie Nouchka LTD insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Laurie Nouchka LTD, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Laurie Nouchka LTD are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
In this clause "Intellectual Property Rights" means patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trade marks, trade names and domain names, rights in get-up, rights in goodwill or to sue for passing off, rights in designs, design rights, rights in computer software, database rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications (or rights to apply) for, and renewals or extensions of, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection which may now or in the future subsist in any part of the world.
You acknowledge that: all tools (if any), patterns, materials, drawings, specifications and other data provided by Laurie Nouchka LTD shall remain its property and all Intellectual Property Rights arising from the execution of any Orders shall become the property of Laurie Nouchka LTD; and any reputation in any trade marks or marks affixed or applied to the Products shall accrue to the sole benefit of Laurie Nouchka LTD or any other owner of the trade marks or mark from time to time. The purchase by you of the Products shall not give you any licence or other rights whatsoever in respect of any Intellectual Property Rights contained in or relating to the Products beyond the rights expressly contained in the Contract. We assert Our full rights to control the use of Our trade marks or marks within the EU.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of Us breaking this Contract is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of Us breaking the Contract. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and Us at the time your order is accepted by Us.This does not include or limit in any way Our liability:
(A) FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE;
(B) FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION;

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us Laurie Nouchka LTD harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the TOS by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Laurie Nouchka LTD as a result of the TOS or your use of this Site. VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS
You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Laurie Nouchka Ltd for violations of these Terms, and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.
MODIFICATION/TERMINATION OF SERVICES
In the event of termination of the Services, you will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms and any additional terms, including the warranties made by you, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability set forth herein. GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved. These Terms are the entire and final agreement regarding your access to the Services.
