Week 1 – Vision Activation: Who am I becoming?
Connect to your future self through guided meditation and creative visioning. Clarify your desires, values, and the feelings connected to the life you’re calling in. This session will include guided meditation and creative visioning.
Week 2 – Clearing the Path: What parts of me don’t believe I can have this?
Gently explore the internal voices that fear change or don’t believe what you desire is possible, or realistic, and work together to release resistance. This session will include what is referred to as parts work, and somatic practices.
Week 3 – Grounding in Trust: Do I trust life enough to surrender?
Learn how to return to a sense of grounding within yourself when doubt arises. Together, explore what it is like to trust that life is working for you, not against you. This session will go deeper into parts work.
Week 4 – Embodying the Future Self: Who am I
when I fully believe in what’s possible?
Step into your boldest, most ambitious, aligned, and appealing version of your future self. Map your vision across 10, 6, 3 years and begin living into your future self, now.
Week 5 – Aligned Action & Strategy: What actions align with who I’m becoming?
Turn your vision of your future self into a clear, actionable 18-month roadmap. Identify values-led priorities, non-negotiables and realistic steps to bring it into form.
Week 6 – Devotion & Support: Who is this for, beyond me?
See your vision as an offering - an act of service to something greater than yourself. Explore who this process of transformation is for in order to uncover what support you need along the way, and how you can keep to your purpose.
Week 7 – Integration & Celebration: How do I stay
aligned and honour this long-term?
Anchor and fully feel into everything you've cultivated. Clarify and reflect on the long-term plan you have made as you prepare to enter into your future with energy, focus, and momentum.
