This 1:1 offering is for individuals who value clarity, self-awareness, and evidence-based practices in personal development and inner work. It’s for those who are ready to go deeper into healing subconscious fears and build lifelong supportive practices.
If you are feeling blocked, misaligned, or stuck in recurring patterns, we’ll work together to explore the psychological and emotional roots using structured methods such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness techniques and somatic/energy healing.
You'll develop a deeper understanding of your internal landscape, reframe limiting beliefs, release latent feelings and implement practical strategies to build resilience, motivation, and long-term well-being that is grounded in both insight and action.
This is an integrative process that honours the mind, the body and the spirit, supporting you to step into greater alignment, peace, and long-term inner fulfilment - all while being held in the unwavering energy of love and care.

Connect with where you are now whilst also exploring any recent or latent experiences you wish to bring along
Engage in a range of practices to support you to connect deeper to healing these experiences including parts work (IFS therapy), energy healing, guided meditation, somatic healing, breathwork and creative practice
Implement practices, strategies and actions that will support you to move forward as a more thriving, resilient and joyful self

How does it work?
5, 10 or 20 x 75 min 1:1 sessions on zoom every other week or weekly
Extra support via telegram
Sharing of meditations, journal prompts, affirmations, and self-soothing practices to empower clarity, inner peace, calm and self-compassion
Access to notes, reflections and actions from each session to bring awareness, accountability and structure to our time together
