Your Inner Parts Meditation
Thank you for signing up.
As a small welcome gift, I’ve created this Inner Parts Meditation for you - a gentle practice designed to help you begin building a more compassionate relationship with your inner world.
Many of us move through life trying to think our way out of challenges, often feeling pulled in different directions by thoughts, emotions, or reactions that don’t always make sense.
This meditation introduces a different approach.
Rather than pushing away what you feel, it invites you to slow down and become curious about the different “parts” of you that may be present - the parts that worry, protect, push, avoid, or hold old emotions from earlier experiences.
These parts are not problems to solve or obstacles to overcome.
They are aspects of you that learned, at some point, how to help you navigate life.
When we begin to listen to them with care rather than judgement, something shifts.
The mind softens.
The body relaxes.
And a deeper sense of clarity and compassion begins to emerge.
How to use this meditation
Find a quiet moment where you won’t be disturbed.
You might choose to sit comfortably, lie down, or even listen while walking slowly in nature.
This is not a practice that needs to be done perfectly. There is nothing to “achieve”.
Simply allow the meditation to guide your attention inward and notice whatever arises with curiosity.
You may find that certain parts of you become easier to recognise over time - the ones that are busy, protective, or carrying emotion.
With practice, this meditation can help you develop a more supportive inner relationship with those parts, while also reconnecting with a deeper place within you that is naturally calm, compassionate, and steady.
A gentle reminder
If you notice resistance, distraction, or discomfort during the practice, that is completely natural.
Very often those responses are simply parts of us doing what they have always done to protect us.
You are welcome to meet them with the same patience and curiosity that this practice invites.
There is no rush.
This is simply the beginning of a different kind of conversation with yourself.

If you’d like to explore this work more deeply
This meditation offers a gentle introduction to connecting with the different parts of yourself.
For some, that may be enough - a small but meaningful shift in how they relate to their inner world.
For others, it can open the door to something deeper.
The kind of work I do with clients creates a dedicated space to explore the parts of you that carry fear, self-doubt, protective patterns, or emotions that have not yet had the opportunity to be fully understood.
Together we gently slow things down and listen to what is present, allowing the parts of you that have been working hard for a long time to feel seen and supported.
As those parts begin to soften, many people find they reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, trust and inner steadiness - what Internal Family Systems refers to as the Self.
If you feel drawn to explore this work more deeply, you’re welcome to learn more about working together.
